Job summary

Henry Schein Australia is seeking a Service Technician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair dental equipment, delivering safe, compliant service on-site.

Qualifications

About the Role:

As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a broad range of dental equipment, ensuring all work is completed safely, professionally, and in line with manufacturer specifications.

You will partner with customers to understand their needs, provide technical guidance, and build trusted relationships through your expertise, communication, and commitment to service excellence.

Key responsibilities include:

• Installing, servicing, troubleshooting, and repairing dental equipment

What we are looking for:

• Valid Restricted Electrical Licence (desired)
• Experience working in a technical field service environment, such as medical devices, technology, HVAC, or similar equipment based industries (essential)
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer relationship-building abilities
• Valid Driver's Licence (essential)
• Strong focus on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction
• Dental industry experience
• Electrical or Electronic qualifications (desired)
• Experience working with CRM or service management systems
