Job summary

BTP is seeking an experienced Field Service Supervisor to lead field service crews across WA site operations, ensuring safe, efficient service delivery and high performance. Reporting to the Operations Manager - WA, you will coordinate labour, drive safety culture and optimise scheduling across projects, with FIFO and remote site exposure.

As a hands-on leader, you will mentor field personnel and collaborate with customers and stakeholders to deliver results in demanding mining environments.

Qualifications

• Australian recognised trade qualification within heavy industry.
• Experience in Leading Hand or Supervisor role in mining or field service.
• Strong safety leadership and compliance knowledge.
• Experience with FIFO operations.

Responsibilities

About the Role

BTP is currently seeking an experienced and motivated Field Service Supervisor to join our WA Field Service team.

This is an exciting leadership opportunity for a driven individual who thrives in fast-paced mining and heavy equipment environments and is passionate about safety, people leadership and operational performance.

Reporting to the Operations Manager - WA, you will play a key role in leading field service crews across site operations, ensuring work is delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest standard. About you

To be successful in this role, you will be a strong communicator and hands-on leader with the ability to motivate teams and deliver operational outcomes in demanding environments.

You will ideally bring:

• Australian recognised trade qualification within a heavy industry environment
• Previous experience in a Leading Hand, Supervisor or similar leadership role
• Exposure to mining, heavy equipment, maintenance or field service operations
• Strong safety leadership and commitment to compliance standards
• Excellent organisational and communication skillsThe ability to manage changing priorities and coordinate multiple work fronts
• Strong understanding of labour utilisation, operational efficiency and customer delivery
• A proactive and solutions-focused mindset
• Exposure to Caterpillar SIS systems and dealer service processes
• Experience working across remote mining operations and FIFO environments
