Job summary

BTP is seeking an experienced Field Service Supervisor to lead field service crews across WA site operations, ensuring safe, efficient service delivery and high performance. Reporting to the Operations Manager - WA, you will coordinate labour, drive safety culture and optimise scheduling across projects, with FIFO and remote site exposure.

As a hands-on leader, you will mentor field personnel and collaborate with customers and stakeholders to deliver results in demanding mining environments.

Qualifications

• Australian recognised trade qualification within heavy industry.
• Experience in Leading Hand or Supervisor role in mining or field service.
• Strong safety leadership and compliance knowledge.
• Experience with FIFO operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate Field Service teams across multiple sites and projects.
• Drive a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with company and customer procedures.
• Manage daily labour allocation, workflow priorities and operational scheduling.
• Support breakdown response activities and ensure efficient job completion.
• Monitor productivity, utilisation and work quality across field operations.
• Build strong working relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Support performance management, mentoring and development of field personnel.
• Assist with operational reporting, planning and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure customer requirements are met while maintaining high service standards.
