Job summary

BTP, part of the Perenti Group, is seeking an experienced Field Service Supervisor to lead WA-based field service teams across multiple sites. The role emphasizes safety, people leadership and delivering high-quality service in demanding mining environments.

You will report to the Operations Manager - WA and coordinate labour, scheduling and customer delivery while fostering a strong safety culture and continuous improvement across operations.

Qualifications

• Safety leadership and strong people management capabilities.
• Experience leading field service teams and coordinating across sites.
• Exposure to mining, heavy equipment, and field service operations is desirable.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills with the ability to manage changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Leading and coordinating Field Service teams across multiple sites and projects
• Driving a strong safety culture and ensuring compliance with company and customer procedures
• Managing daily labour allocation, workflow priorities and operational scheduling
• Supporting breakdown response activities and ensuring efficient job completion
• Monitoring productivity, utilisation and work quality across field operations
• Building strong working relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
• Supporting performance management, mentoring and development of field personnel
• Assisting with operational reporting, planning and continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensuring customer requirements are met while maintaining high service standards
