Job summary

TOMRA Food in Queensland is seeking a Field Service Engineer to deliver high quality mechanical service, ensuring machine performance and a great customer experience. You will install, diagnose, and maintain packaging and processing equipment across sites in the region, traveling up to 40%.

Ideal candidates have an industrial trade qualification, 3+ years in field service, and strong troubleshooting, with PC and MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Industrial trade qualification or equivalent degree/diploma.
• 3+ years of field service experience.
• Experience with troubleshooting mechanical equipment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure mechanical systems are performing to customer expectations.
• React to mechanical machine issues in the field within an appropriate timeframe and inform customer of plan and costs.
• Perform field service work at customer sites including installation, commissioning, testing, integration, maintenance and repair.
