The Field Service Engineer (FSE) has the overall technical responsibility for ensuring that their sites meet all contracted Service Level Agreements (SLA). The FSE executes routine work as required which includes installation, repair and maintenance support of the full range of Rapiscan’s Checkpoint & Trace products in Australia and New Zealand. Additionally, the FSE has responsibility for the quality of all project and service work to meet the specific client requirements within the scope of the statement of work.
