Rap Scan Systems in Australia is seeking a Field Service Engineer to install, repair and maintain the Checkpoint & Trace systems at customer sites across the region. You will work closely with clients to ensure SLAs are met and will report on-site activities and issues.
The role requires at least two years in a similar role, a solid Electrical/Electronic background, and the ability to work independently with strong communication and organizational skills.

The Field Service Engineer (FSE) has overall technical responsibility for ensuring that sites meet all contracted Service Level Agreements (SLA). The FSE executes routine work as required, which includes installation, repair and maintenance of the full range of Rap Scan’s Checkpoint & Trace products in Australia and New Zealand. The FSE also has responsibility for the quality of all project and service work to meet specific client requirements within the scope of the statement of work.
