Konica Minolta is hiring a Field Service Engineer for the South Australian branch to install, maintain and support Colour and B&W print equipment, ancillary products and software. You will help deliver high levels of customer satisfaction through on-site corrective and preventative maintenance and report to the SA State Service Delivery Manager.

Previous print-industry experience is desirable but not essential.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in a similar technical or field-based role, with sound knowledge of IT, networking and related technologies
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders
• A strong customer service focus and professional approach
• Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively
• A current Driver’s Licence and Working with Children Check. Additional certifications or security clearances may also apply.
• The successful candidate will be required to complete relevant background checks in accordance with Konica Minolta’s compliance requirements.

About the Role

We are looking for a Field Service Engineer to join our South Australian branch. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance and support of Colour and B&W print equipment, ancillary products, and associated software and service solutions.

As part of the South Australian Service Team, you will help deliver a high level of customer satisfaction by providing on-site corrective and preventative maintenance for customer equipment, reporting to the SA State Service Delivery Manager.

Previous experience in the print industry is desirable but not essential. We welcome applicants with a strong technical aptitude who are looking to start or develop their career in a hands-on technical role, with excellent learning and development opportunities.
