Job summary

TCCD is seeking a proactive field-based sales/merchandising professional to lead brand representation across West Melbourne, Geelong, Ballarat, Warrnambool and surrounds. You will build and nurture relationships with stores and MSOs to grow distribution and drive category performance for iconic brands.

Key responsibilities include expanding product distribution, negotiating shelf space, maximizing promotions, driving sales results, developing store relationships, implementing POGs, and reporting

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in field-based Sales or Merchandising.
• FMCG grocery experience is highly favourable but not essential.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent time management and a positive attitude.
• Able to work autonomously and manage priorities.
• Valid driver license and own transport.

Responsibilities

• Growing product distribution across assigned territories.
• Negotiation of greater shelf space in stores to leverage market share.
• Maximising upcoming and current promotional activity.
• Driving sales results and meeting targets.
• Develop strong store relationships and key MSO partnerships.
• Implementation of planograms (POGs) in-store.
• Reporting and providing feedback on field insights and activity.

Job Description

The Role

Representingleading brandsin the Independent Grocery space working across West Melbourne, Geelong, Ballarat, Warrnambool and surrounds you will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with stores and multi-site operators (MSO's) to drive distribution and sales to increasemarket share and category performance iconic brandsusing opportunity-based selling.
