Job summary

TCCD is seeking a motivated field sales/merchandising professional to cover South Brisbane, Gold Coast, Warwick, Ipswich and surrounds. You will build relationships with stores and multi-site operators to drive distribution and grow market share for leading brands.

The role is full-time, Monday to Friday, with autonomous field work, in-field training, and a competitive total salary package including a car allowance or company vehicle.

Qualifications

• Experience in field-based sales or merchandising.
• FMCG grocery experience is advantageous but not required.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent time management and a positive attitude.
• Able to work autonomously with in-field support.

Responsibilities

• Grow product distribution across South Brisbane, Gold Coast, Warwick, Ipswich and surrounds.
• Negotiate greater shelf space to increase market share.
• Maximise upcoming and current promotions and drive sales results.
• Develop and maintain strong store relationships with retailers and MSOs.
• Implement planogram compliance (POGs) and report field insights.

The Role

Representingleading brandsin the Independent Grocery space working acrossSouth Brisbane, Gold Coast, Warwick, Ipswich and surrounds,you will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with stores and multi-site operators (MSO’s) to drive distribution and sales to increasemarket share and category performance iconic brandsusing opportunity-based selling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Growing product distribution
• Negotiation of greater shelf space in store to leverage market share
• Maximising upcoming and current promotional activity
• Driving sales results
• Develop strong store relationships
• Implementation of POGs
• Reporting and providing feedback on key field insights and activity.
