Job summary

Grinders Coffee in Australia’s Western Australia region is seeking a Sales Representative to manage and grow a portfolio of customers across your territory in Metro Perth. The role is field-based with regular travel requirements and a 12 month fixed term contract.

You will build partnerships, identify growth opportunities, and deliver sustainable sales results. You are commercially minded with strong communication and relationship skills, able to influence and negotiate, plan territory activity,

• Deliver customer call plans and maintain regular engagement with key customers.
• Present growth initiatives, conduct business reviews, and negotiate mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Promote and sell the Grinders Coffee portfolio, equipment, and merchandising solutions.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support customer needs and generate new business opportunities.
• Manage customer information, sales activity, and opportunity pipelines using relevant systems and tools.
• Ensure high standards of safety, compliance, and professionalism across all customer interactions.
