Job summary

Noumi Limited is seeking a Café Collaborator to grow MILKLAB presence across cafes in Adelaide and surrounding areas. You will engage with cafe owners, baristas and decision-makers to raise product awareness, drive sales through sampling, education, and service excellence.

You’ll work independently, manage weekly territory visits, deliver excellent customer service, collect market insights, and contribute to a growing brand in a dynamic, customer-facing environment.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage cafe owners and staff.
• Ability to work independently and manage time across a territory.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Adelaide region.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with cafe owners, baristas and stakeholders across your territory.
• Promote MILKLAB by offering samples and showcasing product benefits.
• Provide thoughtful MILKLAB-branded gifts and collateral to show appreciation.
• Plan and manage weekly territory visits for optimal coverage.
• Deliver excellent customer service by handling inquiries and follow-ups.
• Gather and report market insights, competitor activity, and customer feedback.
• Participate in weekly team meetings and ongoing training.

The Opportunity

As a Café Collaborator, you will play a key role in growing the presence of MILKLAB across cafes in Adelaide and surrounding areas. You’ll engage directly with café owners, baristas, and key decisionmakers to build strong relationships, increase product awareness, and drive sales through sampling, education, and service excellence.

This is a dynamic, customer-facing role ideal for someone passionate about the café scene, who enjoys working independently and thrives on creating meaningful connections in the market. You'll think on your feet, solve problems on the go, and make things happen. This role is all about action, initiative, and getting results.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with café owners, baristas, and key stakeholders across your territory
• Promote MILKLAB by offering samples (paired with coffee) and showcasing the features and benefits of the product range.
• Provide thoughtful MILKLAB-branded gifts and collateral to thank customers for their support.
• Plan and manage your weekly territory visits to ensure optimal coverage and impact.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by managing follow-ups, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly.
• Gather and report on market insights, competitor activity, and customer feedback.
• Participate actively in weekly team meetings and ongoing training sessions.

What you’ll bring

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and influence decisionmakers.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage your own time effectively.
• High levels of energy, resilience, and persistence in achieving goals.
• Creative thinker with the ability to present ideas that add value for customers.
• A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
• Previous experience in a customer-facing, sales, or hospitality role is highly regarded.
