Job summary

Noumi Limited invites applications for a Café Collaborator to grow the MILKLAB presence across cafes in Adelaide and surrounding areas. You’ll engage directly with café owners, baristas, and key decision-makers to build strong relationships, increase product awareness, and drive sales through sampling, education, and service excellence.

• Plan and manage weekly territory visits for coverage and impact.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by handling follow-ups and inquiries.
• Gather market insights, competitor activity, and customer feedback.
• Participate actively in weekly team meetings and ongoing training sessions.

The Opportunity

As a Café Collaborator, you will play a key role in growing the presence of MILKLAB across cafes in Adelaide and surrounding areas. You’ll engage directly with café owners, baristas, and key decisionmakers to build strong relationships, increase product awareness, and drive sales through sampling, education, and service excellence.

This is a dynamic, customer-facing role ideal for someone passionate about the café scene, who enjoys working independently and thrives on creating meaningful connections in the market. You'll think on your feet, solve problems on the go, and make things happen. This role is all about action, initiative, and getting results.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with café owners, baristas, and key stakeholders across your territory
• Promote MILKLAB by offering samples (paired with coffee) and showcasing the features and benefits of the product range.
• Provide thoughtful MILKLAB-branded gifts and collateral to thank customers for their support.
• Plan and manage your weekly territory visits to ensure optimal coverage and impact.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by managing follow-ups, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly.
• Gather and report on market insights, competitor activity, and customer feedback.
• Participate actively in weekly team meetings and ongoing training sessions.

What you’ll bring
