Würth Australia is seeking a confident, highly organized Field Sales Representative to drive growth across our Auto division. You will visit 15+ customers daily within your territory, maintain relationships and pursue new opportunities.

Ideal candidates are self-motivated, with a passion for sales and exceptional communication skills, ready to contribute to a growing, global leader with a strong focus on customer experience.

Qualifications

• Must have a full driver’s license.
• Passion for sales, resilient and results driven.

Responsibilities

• Visit 15+ customers daily across designated territory (field-based).
• Maintain and grow an established customer base.

• Build strong working relationships and rapport with customers.
• Liaise with internal departments to respond to customer inquiries.
• Work toward sales and customer KPIs.
