Job summary

Enable Lifecare is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth across New South Wales and Queensland. Based in Sydney or Brisbane, you will work with dealer partners, open new accounts, and act as the primary contact for customer enquiries across the territory.

The role combines field visits with office days, requiring strong planning, relationship-building, and independence. Onboarding, product training, and mentoring are provided to help you succeed in a dynamic, growth-oriented

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience with dealers or distributors.
• Experience in healthcare, aged care, disability or assistive tech is an advantage.
• Ability to plan and execute an account plan end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Grow business with existing dealer partners and onboard new dealers.
• Create account plans with dealers and set sales objectives.
• Track progress, review performance and opportunities with dealers.
• Promote Enable products in showrooms and through staff training.
• Answer customer enquiries promptly and connect with the right dealer.
• Plan calendar across NSW and QLD and maintain CRM data.
