Red Bull in Sydney is seeking an EOI: Field Sales Insights Manager on a 12-month FTC. You will drive field sales effectiveness through data-led decisions, ensuring optimal coverage, stores, and tasks.

You will translate internal and external data into actionable insights and build reporting that elevates field performance. You will lead data governance, forecasting, and ROI modelling while collaborating with Field Sales, HQ, and external partners to maximise investment and execution across

Qualifications

• University degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline.
• 5+ years in FMCG sales strategy, commercial insights or revenue growth.
• Advanced Power BI, SAC, and data visualization tool proficiency.
• Strong data visualization and modelling using SQL, Python, and AI analytics.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear commercial insights.
• Understanding of field execution, outlet segmentation and coverage.

Responsabilités

• Develop data-driven field strategies to maximise ROI and perfect store execution.
• Lead field reviews, measure ROI and adjust deployment strategies.
• Translate insights into actionable recommendations for coverage and resources.
• Own field tools, data governance and forecasting frameworks.
• Build capability across Field Sales through coaching and training.
• Collaborate with Field Sales, Commercial teams, HQ and external stakeholders.
