Job summary

Eaton Corporation seeks a Commissioning Manager / Field Project Manager to lead site-based delivery of critical electrical infrastructure projects, from installation through commissioning and handover. You will own coordination across customers, contractors, vendors, and field resources, and drive safe, high-quality outcomes.

We value candidates with 3+ years in electrical infrastructure or critical power, strong stakeholder management, and clear communication.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience delivering electrical infrastructure, commissioning, construction, or critical power projects.
• Experience managing project delivery, contractors, vendors, risk, and site operations.
• Strong stakeholder management and customer relationship skills.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving capability.
• The ability to manage competing priorities in complex project environments.
• A qualification in Project Management, Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead site-based project delivery across the full project lifecycle.
• Develop delivery, installation, commissioning, and resource plans to achieve successful project outcomes.
• Coordinate customers, contractors, vendors, subcontractors, and field resources.
• Manage project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Oversee installation, testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
• Monitor project progress, financial performance, and delivery milestones.
• Build strong customer relationships and provide leadership across complex project environments.
