Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Commissioning Manager / Field Project Manager to lead the delivery of electrical infrastructure projects. You’ll own site-based execution, chair multidisciplinary teams, and guide projects from installation through commissioning and handover.

In this role you’ll build customer relationships, manage risks, monitor progress, and ensure safety and quality across complex environments, spanning data centres, utilities, and industrial sites.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience delivering electrical infrastructure and commissioning projects.
• Experience managing project delivery, contractors, vendors, and site operations.
• Strong stakeholder management and customer relationship skills.
• Qualification in Project Management, Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead site-based project delivery across the full project lifecycle.
• Develop delivery, installation, commissioning, and resource plans for success.
• Coordinate customers, contractors, vendors, subcontractors, and field resources.
• Manage project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Oversee installation, testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
• Monitor progress, financial performance, and delivery milestones.
• Build strong customer relationships and provide leadership across complex projects.
• Drive safe, compliant, and high-quality project outcomes.
