Job summary

Telstra is seeking a Systems Solutions Delivery Lead to steer a portfolio of field systems and operational technology initiatives. You’ll translate strategy into execution, guiding finance, governance and executive decisions to deliver measurable business value and improved frontline outcomes.

You’ll work across Operations, Product, Architecture and Engineering, shaping how technology investments are prioritised and delivered, while driving performance and accountability across the organisation.

Qualifications

Extensive leadership across technology portfolio management and PMO.
Ability to lead multiple complex initiatives concurrently.
Strong stakeholder management and governance experience.

Responsibilities

Lead a portfolio of field systems, workforce and operational tech initiatives.
Govern investment governance, portfolio prioritisation and decision-making.
Align technology investments with business priorities and customer outcomes.
Provide visibility of portfolio performance, risks, resources and benefits.
Lead multidisciplinary teams across delivery, analysis, architecture, change and PMO.
Foster accountability, collaboration and delivery excellence.
Drive improvements in workforce management, mobility, and data platforms.
