Job summary

Endeavour Group is seeking an EUC Field & Onsite IT Support Technician to deliver on-site and field IT support in Sydney. The role focuses on deploying and maintaining EUC hardware, resolving software and hardware issues, and ensuring smooth business operations at EDG locations.

You will provide 2nd/3rd level EUC support via multiple channels, manage tickets in ServiceNow, perform site hardware deployments, asset management, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with Windows OS, Active Directory and endpoint management.
• Strong hardware and meeting room AV troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Clear communication translating tech to non-technical users.
• Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt quickly.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow and network/MDM tools.
• Experience managing mobile apps and devices (iOS/Android).
• Understanding of cloud/MDM platforms including Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Provide 2nd and 3rd level EUC support via in-person, phone, tickets, and email.
• Deploy and maintain EUC hardware (POS, computers, printers, peripherals).
• Conduct site audits of IT equipment and manage assets/configuration records.
• Manage tickets in ServiceNow within SLAs and ensure timely resolutions.
• Deliver excellent customer service with clear, user-friendly guidance.
• Audit meeting room technologies and troubleshoot in real time.
• Coordinate with 3rd-party vendors for warranty repairs.
• Develop and maintain procedural docs and staff training materials.

About The Role

The EUC (End User Compute) Site Services Specialist is a vital, onsite and field support role responsible for delivering timely and effective technical support at EDG Locations. This includes the deployment, maintenance, and support of all EGL IT Equipment.

Your mission is to ensure seamless business operations by resolving hardware, software, and system issues with a focus on efficiency and world-class customer service.

Here is a taster of what you can expect in this role:

• Provide 2nd and 3rd level EUC Support via in-person, phone, tickets, and email channels across the EDG Environment.
• LCM Onsite Hardware Deployment: Expertly set up and support POS, computers, printers, and peripheral devices at supported EDG locations.
• R&M Site Audits: Conduct site inspection to confirm installation / condition status of all IT Equipment.
• Ticket Management: Manage and resolve support tickets within the ServiceNow ecosystem, ensuring strict adherence to SLAs.
• Customer Service: Approach every interaction with patience, empathy, and a "can-do" attitude to assist both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Meeting Room Excellence: Conduct daily audits of meeting room technologies to ensure they are "meeting ready" and provide real-time troubleshooting.
• Asset Management: Maintain rigorous Asset and Configuration Management records.
• Maintenance & Repairs: Perform routine maintenance on Endeavour Group-owned technology and coordinate with 3rd-party vendors for warranty repairs.
• Documentation & Training: Develop and maintain procedural documentation and user guides while conducting staff training sessions.

What do we need from you

• OS & Ecosystems: Proven experience with Windows OS, Microsoft Active Directory, and Microsoft Endpoint Management.
• Hardware Proficiency: Strong background in installing and troubleshooting diverse computer hardware and meeting room AV technologies.
• Problem Solving: Excellent analytical skills with a genuine passion for tackling complex technical challenges.
• Communication: Ability to bridge the gap between technical jargon and user-friendly explanations.
• Adaptability: A fast learner who is eager to expand their skillset and take on new technologies.
• Toolsets: Familiarity with ServiceNow and Meraki dashboard.
• Mobility: Experience managing iOS/Android apps and mobile devices.
• Cloud/MDM: Understanding of Intune, Google MDM, JAMF and the Google Workspace suite.
• Soft Skills: A friendly, easygoing personality who thrives in a collaborative team environment.
