Alcoa Australia is seeking a part-time Field Planner at Huntly in Western Australia to translate maintenance strategies into weekly plans. You will work with a dynamic team to ensure smooth execution of maintenance activities, reporting to the Area Planner and coordinating with operations, engineering and contractors.

The role requires strong planning, organisational and communication skills, plus experience with maintenance management systems.

Qualifikationen

• Strong planning, organisation and coordination skills.
• Operational, maintenance planning, or technical background.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to analyse information and balance competing priorities.
• Experience using Oracle eAM or other maintenance management systems.

Aufgaben

• Develop and maintain maintenance schedules and plans for mining equipment and assets.
• Coordinate maintenance activities with operations, maintenance, engineering, contractors and support functions.
• Plan and schedule weekly, monthly and longer-term maintenance work.
• Support equipment reliability and availability through effective maintenance planning practices.
• Manage maintenance-related information within computerised maintenance management systems.
• Assist with spare parts forecasting and resource planning.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and maintenance performance outcomes.
• Maintain effective handover processes with the job share partner and stakeholders.
