Alcoa Australia is seeking a Maintenance Field Planner for a part-time, three-day-per-week schedule (Wednesday to Friday) at Banksiadale, WA. The role ensures safe and efficient maintenance planning, scheduling weekly to long-term work, and coordinating with operations, engineering and contractors to optimise asset reliability.

You will manage maintenance data in CMMS, forecast spares, support continuous improvements, and maintain clear handovers with the job-share partner and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong planning, organisation and coordination skills.
• An operational, maintenance, planning, or technical background.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to analyse information and balance priorities.
• Experience using Oracle eAM or other maintenance management systems.
• High attention to detail and a structured approach to work.
• Ability to work collaboratively and maintain effective handover processes.

Responsabilités

• Developing and maintaining maintenance schedules and plans for mining equipment and assets.
• Coordinating maintenance activities with operations, maintenance, engineering, contractors and support functions.
• Planning and scheduling weekly, monthly and longer-term maintenance work.
• Supporting equipment reliability and availability through effective maintenance planning practices.
• Managing maintenance-related information within computerised maintenance management systems.
• Assisting with spare parts forecasting and resource planning.
• Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and maintenance performance outcomes.
• Maintaining effective communication and handover processes with the job share partner and key stakeholders.
