Job summary

Alcoa is seeking a Part-time Field Planner in Western Australia to join our planning team. You will translate maintenance strategies into weekly plans and coordinate activities with operations, maintenance, engineering and contractors.

Qualifications

• Strong planning, organisation and coordination skills.
• Operational/maintenance planning or technical background.
• Experience using CMMS systems, preferably Oracle eAM.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain maintenance schedules and plans for mining equipment and assets.
• Coordinate maintenance activities with operations, maintenance, engineering and contractors.
• Plan and schedule weekly, monthly and longer-term maintenance work.
• Support equipment reliability and availability through effective planning.
• Manage maintenance information in CMMS and ensure accurate handover.
• Assist with spare parts forecasting and resource planning.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and maintenance performance.
• Communicate effectively with the job share partner and stakeholders.
