Elders is seeking a Stock Agent to join our Australian team on a permanent, full-time basis. You will support clients by preparing livestock for market, travelling the countryside in the iconic pink shirt and delivering expert sales insights.

We value a passion for livestock, strong customer service, and the drive to build new business. Training is provided to obtain necessary licences, and you’ll be part of a storied 185-year-old agribusiness with national reach.

Qualifications

• Must have passion for livestock sales and community impact.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Strong customer service ethos and proactive communication.
• Willingness to undertake training to obtain licences.

Responsibilities

• Maintain relationships and grow a portfolio of clients.
• Identify and pursue new livestock sales opportunities.
• Develop relationships with exporters and processors.
• Provide on-site livestock advice and product recommendations.
• Negotiate effectively to connect buyers and sellers.
