Job summary

Richard Crookes Constructions (RCC) is seeking an experienced IT Services Engineer to join our IT team. You’ll deliver Level 2 desktop, endpoint and Modern Workplace support across RCC offices and construction sites, balancing hands-on work with proactive problem solving.

Reporting to the Head of IT Service Delivery, you will troubleshoot Windows devices, Microsoft 365 apps, VPN and Citrix, and act as escalation point for Level 1 staff while building strong relationships with users.

Qualifications

Two+ years in IT Service Desk, Desktop or Modern Workplace support.
Strong troubleshooting across Windows & Microsoft 365.
Experience with AD/Entra ID, Intune, MFA and remote-support tools.
Experience supporting multi-location employees with on-site troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

Provide Level 2 technical support across Windows endpoints, Microsoft 365, Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint, printers and mobile devices.
Troubleshoot VPN, Citrix and network issues; remote and on-site.
Act as escalation point for Level 1 analysts and document tickets clearly.
Support onboarding and asset deployment; maintain documentation.
