The opportunity
We are looking for an experienced and customer‑focused IT Services Engineer to join our IT team.
Reporting to the Head of IT Service Delivery, you will provide Level 2 desktop, endpoint and Modern Workplace support to employees across RCC’s offices and construction sites.
This is a hands‑on and varied position covering laptops, mobile devices, printers, meeting‑room technology, Microsoft 365, user access, endpoint configuration and standard business applications. You will also serve as an escalation point for our Level 1 team and help strengthen RCC’s technical capability through proactive support, practical problem‑solving and knowledge sharing.
The role will suit someone who enjoys getting out from behind the service desk, building relationships with users and taking ownership of technical issues through to resolution.
You will bring a positive, solutions‑focused approach and genuinely enjoy helping people get the most from their technology.
A diploma or degree in IT will be highly regarded, as will ITIL Foundation, Microsoft 365, Endpoint Administrator, Azure or Entra certifications.
Experience within construction, engineering or another multi‑site or field‑based workforce environment would also be advantageous.
At RCC, you will join a collaborative workplace where people are supported to perform at their best, develop their careers and make a genuine contribution.
If you are a capable and approachable IT professional who enjoys solving problems, supporting people and working across a varied technology environment, we would love to hear from you.
