Job summary

DDH1 Drilling is seeking an experienced HSE Advisor to support our sites across Western Australia, reporting to the HSE Manager. You will provide guidance and technical advice to line management and crews to maintain a safe workplace at multiple remote locations.

Applicants should have 5+ years in mining, a WHS diploma and ICAM training, with a proven ability to coach supervisors and frontline workers. The role requires travel to remote sites and long FIFO rosters, with salary and rosters

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in mining
• Diploma WHS required with ICAM training
• Experience coaching supervisors and frontline workers

Responsibilities

• Assist drill crews in risk management
• Conduct inspections and audits at remote locations
• Assist with incident investigations using ICAM
• Lead review/development of SOPs and work instructions
• Maintain data in HSE management software
• Contribute to WHS planning, policies and procedures
• Complete testing and tagging in remote locations
