Job summary

Thryv is recruiting a Business Advisor (Marketing Services Account Manager) to manage 150+ SMB clients across Tamworth NSW. You will meet clients daily, present SEO, AEO, SEM and social solutions, and grow the portfolio through value-led conversations and strategic upsells.

You will work in a field-based role with hybrid flexibility, using Thryv’s platform to deliver measurable results and retain clients in a competitive SMB market.

Qualifications

• Hands-on digital marketing sales experience with SEO, AEO, SEM and social.
• Proven ability to grow and manage a 150+ client portfolio.
• Strong relationship-building and upsell capability.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of 150+ SMB clients across Tamworth NSW with face-to-face visits.
• Present tailored SEO, AEO, SEM and social solutions to clients.
• Identify and close upsell/cross-sell opportunities within the portfolio.
• Hone monthly sales and retention targets with discipline.
• Build long-term client relationships through digital marketing expertise.
• Maintain pipeline, schedule and reporting to the Account Director.
• Stay updated on Thryv products and SMB market trends.
