Job summary

Thryv is seeking a Business Advisor (Marketing Services Account Manager) for Rockhampton/QLD with hands-on digital marketing experience. You will manage a 150+ SMB portfolio, visit clients, and present SEO/AEO/SEM and social solutions to drive growth and retention.

The role offers hybrid work, a base plus OTE and structured progression within a growing Australian team. You’ll build trusted client relationships, identify upsell opportunities, and contribute to a scalable marketing platform used

Qualifications

• Hands-on digital marketing sales experience with SEO, AEO, SEM and social
• Ability to discuss digital marketing performance with business owners
• Experience growing and managing 150+ client relationships

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a 150+ SMB client portfolio in Rockhampton/Gladstone QLD
• Present tailored SEO, AEO, SEM and social solutions
• Identify and close upsell opportunities within existing portfolio
• Hit monthly sales and retention targets with discipline
• Maintain accurate client records and report results to the Account Director
• Stay knowledgeable on Thryv products and market trends
