Job summary

Thryv is seeking a Business Advisor (Marketing Services Account Manager) to manage a 150+ SMB portfolio across Darwin NT, delivering tailored digital marketing solutions. You will visit clients, discuss SEO, AEO, SEM and social strategies, and drive growth through upsell opportunities.

You will be responsible for growing relationships, meeting sales targets, and staying updated on Thryv product changes and SMB market trends. This role offers hybrid work and a clear path to OTE.

Qualifications

• Hands-on digital marketing sales experience with SEO/AEO/SEM and social.
• Ability to discuss digital marketing performance with business owners.
• Experience growing and managing client portfolios.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive in identifying upsell opportunities within accounts.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of 150+ SMB clients across Darwin NT.
• Present tailored SEO, AEO, SEM and social solutions to clients.
• Identify and close upsell/cross-sell opportunities within existing portfolio.
• Hit monthly sales and retention targets with consistency.
• Build long-term client relationships based on digital marketing expertise.
