Job summary

Green Light Worldwide is seeking multiple Field Support Technicians / Deployment Engineers to support a large-scale technology rollout across regional Victoria. You will perform onsite deployment, installation, and hands-on support across many sites, with extensive travel and a requirement for Australian citizenship.

You will work with a dedicated delivery team, handling hardware installations, device refreshes, and site-based support, ensuring successful rollouts and accurate deployment

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Field Technician or Deployment Engineer.
• Hands-on hardware installations and site-based deployments.
• Strong Windows troubleshooting and networking basics; travel Victoria region.

Responsibilities

• Perform onsite deployment, installation, and support across regional locations.
• Replace devices, install hardware, and refresh technology.
• Support infrastructure, endpoints, networking, and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues during deployments.
• Provide user support during implementation activities.
• Travel regularly across assigned regional sites to meet schedules.
