Domain is hiring a Field Research Associate to collect and verify on-site property and tenant data, building a precise view of the market for CoStar Group products. You will document new tenants, occupancy, available space and building characteristics to support clients with accurate insights.

The role requires attention to detail, strong communication and the ability to work in diverse field conditions across Australia, with frequent travel and use of standard office tools.

Qualificações

• Highly detail-oriented with strong time management, organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and data entry capability.
• Comfortable with independent fieldwork, extensive travel and working in all weather conditions.

Responsabilidades

• Execute Field Data Collection: conduct fieldwork to collect and verify on-site property and tenant data, including building characteristics and occupancy.
• Ensure Data Integrity: maintain high standards of accuracy and completeness in the real estate database.
• Deliver Foundational Intelligence: provide verified data used across CoStar Group products and services.
