Job summary

Domain, in collaboration with Hatch, seeks a Field Research Photographer to collect and verify on-site property and tenant data. You will document building characteristics, occupancy, and available space to support CoStar Group products and services through precise fieldwork.

The role requires independence, travelling across regions, and comfort working in all weather, with a focus on data integrity and timely entry into our systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (preferred) and at least 2 years of professional experience; field experience is a plus.
• Highly detail-oriented with strong time management, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication (written and oral) and the capability to accurately capture and enter data.
• Tech-savvy with expertise in Windows, Apple OS and Microsoft Office, plus ability to learn real estate terminology.
• Comfortable with independent fieldwork, extensive travel, navigating large geographic areas, and working in all weather conditions.
• Must possess a current, valid driver's license and pass a Driving Record/Abstract check.
• Interested in Photography and learning about Matterport technology.
