Job summary

CoStar Group in Sydney is seeking a Market Research Manager to lead a team of researchers maintaining accurate commercial real estate data and portfolio analytics, enabling clients to make informed decisions. The role is in-office, Monday to Friday, with emphasis on data integrity, market coverage, and strategic reporting in partnership with sales and product teams.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s in business/real estate and 2+ years leading CRE teams, plus Excel proficiency and KPI

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience leading a team of 6 or more individuals.
• 2+ years of experience within commercial real estate.

Responsibilities

• Lead and Develop a High-Performing Research Team by guiding 8+ Associate Research Consultants.
• Ensure Data Integrity and Market Coverage through data collection, analysis, and audits.
• Drive Strategic Planning and Reporting by collaborating with Sales and Product teams and producing Territory Plans and market reports.
