Job summary

Magnus Kahl Seeds Pty Ltd is seeking a field-focused role to manage regional and international seed trials for allium, baby leaf, herb and micro green varieties. You will build relationships with growers, collaborate with a small product development team, and be mentored by the Global Sales Manager and General Manager.

You will handle end-to-end trial setup, data management, and collaboration with the breeding team to identify promising genetics.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in a related discipline or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Excellent communication with commercial growers and internal breeding teams.
• Digital marketing and social media know-how.
• Willingness for significant domestic travel and international travel; valid Australian driver's licence and passport.
• Resilient, highly organised, detail-oriented, honest with a good sense of humour.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end vegetable seed trials (allium, baby leaf, herb, micro green) regionally and internationally.
• Record, analyse and present trial data to support variety progression decisions.
• Collaborate with breeding team to identify pipeline genetics and trial outcomes.
• Assist with field days, marketing events, and brand development across Magnus Kahl Seeds and Ausallium.
