ADAMA Australia is seeking a Market Development Manager for the Southern Region to create demand for horticultural products and shape the portfolio. You will work with portfolio, innovation, and commercial teams to translate market insights into field trials, demonstrations, and effective training for growers and industry partners.

The role emphasizes technical leadership, strong relationships, and the ability to communicate complex data to diverse audiences.

Qualifications

Agricultural Science or Science degree is required; Agsafe accreditation is an advantage.
Extensive Crop Protection industry experience in Technical, Product Development, or Commercial roles.
Strong knowledge of crop protection products and pesticide application.
Ability to interpret and communicate technical information effectively.
Established industry networks in horticulture and related fields.
Innovative thinker who translates insights into opportunities.

Responsibilities

Lead solution sites, field trials, demonstrations, and training to build product adoption.
Partner with innovation to shape product positioning and market insights.
Develop relationships with growers, agronomists, contractors, distributors, and industry bodies.
Provide technical support to the Commercial team and lead technical customer groups.
