Job summary

AirKeeper Pty is seeking a motivated Junior Property Operations Assistant to join our team. This hands-on role is ideal for school leavers or those starting in real estate or travel, with 16–24 hours per week and travel between properties across Australia.

You'll inspect properties, assist with setup and styling, coordinate guest touches, check appliances, manage stock, and support reporting and administration to keep our portfolio running smoothly.

Qualifications

• No previous property management experience required.
• A current driver’s licence is preferred (essential in some areas).
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a hands-on role.

Responsibilities

• Visit holiday properties to inspect condition, presentation and functionality.
• Help prepare properties for photography and guest arrivals, including furniture placement and styling.
• Deliver guest hampers and replenish amenities for special touches.
• Test appliances, HVAC, lighting and essentials and report issues.
• Install lockboxes, arrange key cutting and coordinate trades onsite.
• Check household essentials and inventory to ensure readiness.
• Complete inspection reports and update company systems.
• Assist with day-to-day tasks to keep portfolio running smoothly.
