Job summary

Little Zak's Academy in New South Wales seeks a driven Sales & Business Development professional to grow enrolments across our centres. You will travel between centres, partner with Centre Directors and local partners to increase occupancy and build lasting community connections.

You are a confident communicator with a commercial mindset, able to convert enquiries to enrolments, and manage multiple locations.

Qualifications

Experience in sales, business development, customer acquisition or a similar role.
Proven ability to generate leads, follow up enquiries and convert opportunities.
Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
Excellent organisation and the ability to manage multiple locations.
Proactive, results-driven approach with a focus on achieving targets.
A current driver’s licence and willingness to travel between centres.

Responsibilities

Drive enrolment growth and occupancy across your allocated centres.
Conduct centre tours and engage with prospective families.
Follow up on enquiries and convert prospective families into enrolments.
Build relationships with local businesses, community groups and referral partners.
Identify opportunities to promote centres and increase local awareness.
Work closely with Centre Directors to understand vacancies and develop targeted enrolment strategies.
Monitor enquiry conversion, occupancy and sales performance.
Travel between designated centres to support business development activities.
