Little Zak's Academy is seeking a driven Sales & Business Development professional to support enrolment growth across our early childhood education and care services. This is a field-based role requiring travel between centres within designated travel regions.

You will build relationships with families, local businesses and referral partners, conduct centre tours, convert enquiries to enrolments, and work with Centre Directors to boost occupancy and achieve targets.

• Proven ability to generate leads, follow up enquiries and convert opportunities.

About the Opportunity

We are looking for a driven and relationship-focused Sales & Business Development professional to support enrolment growth across our early childhood education and care services.

This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded individual who enjoys building relationships, identifying new opportunities and helping families find quality early learning and care for their children.

Working across a designated portfolio of centres, you will partner with Centre Directors and the wider management team to increase enrolments, strengthen community connections and support occupancy growth.

About You

You are a confident communicator with a strong commercial mindset and the ability to build genuine relationships with families and community stakeholders.

You will ideally have:

• Experience in sales, business development, customer acquisition or a similar role.
• A proven ability to generate leads, follow up enquiries and convert opportunities.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Excellent organisation and the ability to manage multiple locations.
• A proactive, results-driven approach with a focus on achieving targets.
• A current driver's licence and willingness to travel between centres.
• Experience in childcare, education, healthcare, hospitality or another customer-focused industry will be highly regarded.

• Salary:Up to $80,000 per annum base salary + travel/fuel allowance + commission structure with strong earning potential
