Little Zak's Academy is a privately owned, family-run early childhood provider delivering safe and nurturing care across NSW. We seek an experienced Area Manager to oversee a portfolio of Sydney Metro/Western Sydney centres and drive high standards in educational practice.

You will work with Executive Leadership to develop Centre Directors, strengthen operational performance and deliver exceptional outcomes for children, families and educators.

Qualificações

• Experience as Area Manager or multi-site leader in Early Childhood Education and Care.
• ACECQA-approved Diploma or Early Childhood Teaching qualification.
• Experience mentoring Centre Directors and leadership teams.
• Strong knowledge of EYLF, National Quality Framework, National Regulations and compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, mentor and develop Centre Directors and leadership teams.
• Drive high-quality educational practice aligned with EYLF and NQF.
• Support services through Assessment and Rating while maintaining compliance.
• Build strong relationships with children, families and local communities.
• Drive occupancy, financial performance and sustainable growth across the portfolio.
• Support workforce planning, recruitment and succession planning.
• Monitor budgets, financial performance and operational outcomes.
• Ensure child safety, incident management and compliance requirements are met.
• Collaborate with the Approved Provider and Executive Leadership Team on strategic objectives.
• Identify opportunities to improve service quality and team capability.
