Job summary

Little Zak's Academy is seeking a driven Sales & Business Development professional to drive enrolment growth across our NSW centres. You will travel between centres, build relationships with families and community partners, and partner with Centre Directors to boost occupancy.

The role offers a base salary up to $80,000 per year plus travel/fuel allowances and commissions, with benefits including up to 50% childcare discount, a wellbeing day, a monthly wellness allowance and a referral bonus.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, business development, customer acquisition or a similar role.
• Proven ability to generate leads, follow up enquiries and convert opportunities.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Excellent organisation and the ability to manage multiple locations.
• Proactive, results-driven with a focus on achieving targets.
• Current driver's licence and willingness to travel between centres.
• Experience in childcare, education, healthcare, hospitality or another customer-focused industry will be highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Drive enrolment growth and occupancy across your allocated centres.
• Conduct centre tours and engage with prospective families.
• Follow up on enquiries and convert prospective families into enrolments.
• Build relationships with local businesses, community groups and referral partners.
• Identify opportunities to promote centres and increase local awareness.
• Work closely with Centre Directors to understand vacancies and develop targeted enrolment strategies.
• Monitor enquiry conversion, occupancy and sales performance.
• Travel between designated centres to support business development activities.
