Job summary

MIGAS Apprentices and Trainees – Milton QLD is seeking an Apprentice Workforce Advisor to service the Brisbane region in a field-based role. You will be the key contact for apprentices, trainees and host employers, providing face‑to‑face support and administration across diverse industries.

The role is full-time with travel to sites, a clear career pathway, and a fleet vehicle provided. You will assist with inductions, training coordination, and WHS compliance while maintaining up-to-date

Qualifications

• Strong relationship management background with professional communication.
• Ability to manage a caseload, meet targets and deadlines.
• Willingness to travel regionally.
• Experience in administration and client support.

Responsibilities

• Be the key point of contact for apprentices/trainees and host employers.
• Monitor apprenticeship records and communicate with stakeholders.
• Visit host employer worksites to support on-the-job learning.
• Organise local business development activities and client meetings.
• Coordinate training, inductions and scheduling of host visits.
• Document and track apprenticeship inputs accurately and up to date.
