Hamilton Company Australia is seeking a Field Applications Specialist to provide application and technical support for our ML-600, Lab Elite, ML-Prep, ML-NIMBUS, ML-STAR, Vantage, and Verso Q series across Australia. You will develop protocols, troubleshoot, and deliver training to customers and internal teams.

This role requires travel up to 75%, strong communication, and familiarity with laboratory systems and industrial software; onboarding product demonstrations and contributing to knowledge

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in science or equivalent with technical background.
• Minimum 3 years of technical experience in process analytics.
• Experience with automated laboratory equipment is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Develop application-specific protocols for Hamilton products.
• Troubleshoot protocols and instrumentation.
• Deliver basic and advanced training materials for staff and customers.
• Create protocols for complex automation integrating third-party devices.
• Document support work and maintain customer records.
