Job summary

Uniti Group is seeking a design-oriented role to collaborate with Sales and customers, delivering Fibre-to-the-Premises solutions for residential developments and ensuring competitive, technically sound proposals with a smooth handover from sales to delivery.

You will support the National Sales team, work with Product management on new offerings, and help optimise pricing and governance while building lasting customer relationships across Australia. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in solution design and implementation.
• Experience in selling activities (pre-sales/solutions).
• Experience in Telco, Networking, MSP or Electronic Security Industry.

Responsibilities

• Collaboratively work with the National Sales team to design customer-centric solutions that maximise value.
• Support the National Sales Team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
• Work with Sales and Operations to communicate value proposition within solutions and proposals.
• Assist in handover of deals to delivery and operations teams.
• Collaborate with Product management to design and implement new products and train the National Sales team.
• Build rapport and maintain relationships with customers.
• Document proposed solutions and quotes to meet governance requirements.
• Join customer meetings with the Sales Team, providing technical expertise to assess best fit.
• Occasional travel may be required.
• Prepare emergency backhaul estimates for fast pricing opportunities.
