Job summary

Adelaide Fringe is seeking a Customer Experience Supervisor to lead frontline teams across our Head Office, call centre and festival sites. This casual role focuses on delivering outstanding customer service and coordinating front-line staff.

You will report to the Customer Experience Coordinators and drive positive guest interactions during busy event periods, ensuring smooth operations across venues and retail points.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising teams in box office, call centre, retail or similar environments.
• Experience in customer-facing roles within festivals, events or arts organisations.
• Familiarity with Red61 or equivalent ticketing systems.
• Desirable: First Aid and/or CPR certification.
