Job summary

Adelaide Fringe is seeking a Customer Experience Coordinator to lead frontline teams during a seven‑day rotating roster around the festival period. The role is a full‑time fixed term position with a pro rata salary of AUD 68,042 per year, plus 12% superannuation.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in a ticketing, box office or customer service leadership role in festivals, events or venues.
• Experience leading teams of staff or volunteers in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems (Red61 or similar).
• Strong computer literacy across Microsoft Office, Google Suite and digital tools.
