Job summary

Genea is recruiting a Care Coordinator on a full-time, 12-month contract basis. You will own non-clinical aspects of patients' treatment, personalise patient care, and support their fertility journey. Responsibilities include onboarding patients, coordinating with departments, and maintaining records.

The role involves exceptional customer service, follow-ups, and clear cost discussions with patients, with strong emphasis on a seamless patient experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and administration is desirable.
• Strong PC skills and proactive, organised approach.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new patients by booking all appointments and outlining treatment timelines.
• Coordinate care across departments to ensure patients have necessary information.
• Maintain strong patient contact throughout fertility journey and address concerns.
• Conduct follow-ups to support patient satisfaction and loyalty.
• Explain treatment costs through clear financial discussions.
• Maintain accurate patient records in EMR and CRM systems.
