Genea, a leading fertility clinic in Australia, is seeking a Care Coordinator on a full-time, 12-month contract. You will own non-clinical patient care tasks, onboarding new patients, booking appointments, and guiding them through the treatment journey.

You will coordinate with multiple departments, conduct follow-ups, manage patient records in EMR and CRM, and provide clear cost information. The role suits a proactive, team-focused administrator with strong PC skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in frontline customer service or administration.
• Ability to onboard new patients and manage scheduling.
• Strong PC skills and comfort with new technologies.
