Qualifications

• Customer service and administration experience.
• Strong organisational and proactive approach.
• Familiar with CRM systems and basic IT tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide onboarding and coordinate appointments for fertility patients.
• Be the main point of contact for patients throughout their journey.
• Conduct follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Explain treatment costs in a clear, detailed manner.
• Coordinate with clinical departments and maintain patient records.
