Fencescape Qld on the Sunshine Coast seeks an experienced Lead Fence Installer to manage residential and commercial fencing projects. You will install timber, aluminium, Colorbond, PVC, chainwire, gates, and retaining walls while coordinating with clients and foremen to ensure on-time, high-quality results.

Based at the Kunda Park yard with occasional travel to Brisbane, the role offers full-time, casual, or subcontract arrangements, competitive rates, and the potential for up-skilling through

Qualifications

• Experience: ~2 years in Residential/Commercial Fencing or Construction Landscaping (no formal qualifications required).
• Ability to read plans and quantify materials accurately.
• High level of physical fitness for outdoor trade work.
• If subcontracting, own ute and tools are highly desirable.
• Must have: Valid Driver’s Licence and a current QLD White Card.

Responsabilités

• Installation across fencing types (Timber, Aluminium, Colorbond, PVC, Chainwire, Gates, Retaining Walls).
• Site management: review job details with clients, report to foreman, prep/demolish sites.
• Craftsmanship: set fence posts, rails, lines to precise standards using hand and power tools.
• Safety & presentation: maintain a clean, safe worksite and uphold high presentation standards.

The Role

About You
